Breakfast was decent, especially the gluten‑free option for my daughter. But the station was swarmed with flies and I wish there were more fruit choices like bananas. The AC in our room leaked, and the master suite kept a weird smell from check‑in to check‑out even after housekeeping came by once. The pull‑out bed was a nightmare for the kids.

The apartment had a village feel with nice facilities and beautiful scenery around the grounds. Unfortunately, the pool area was dirty, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the food options were limited and underwhelming.

The resort was gorgeous, with well‑maintained grounds and pools that looked after nicely. I was let down by the Zen experience, though.
