“Casa dolce casa”
Position: across the street from Arezzo Fiere e Congressi. Wi‑Fi: powerful, fast, and stable. Cleaning: remarkable. Staff: friendly and helpful.
Air‑conditioning was available in every room, and the house had all the comforts.
Strategic location for reaching the fair for the contests, clean house with all comforts and friendly welcome. The only flaw, a pity, is that even though there are two separate bathrooms and personal toilet facilities in each bedroom, the noise from the shower or drain is heard in the opposite room.
Nice, well‑maintained accommodation. When I booked it was listed as an apartment, but it turned out to be a room and it wasn’t specified that the apartment would be shared with another couple, who also weren’t told it was a shared apartment. If rooms are rented in an apartment, it should be stated it’s a B&B; if an apartment is rented, the whole place is expected.
“Buono”
Owner was very kind. Quiet spot, near the fair. Very convenient location. The room was bright and fairly large. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
