In a hot summer like this in 2026, being in a place surrounded by olive trees and a huge vineyard where a pleasant breeze kept temperatures below 21°/22° at night was almost miraculous! The structure is beautiful, with a wonderful garden and a convenient parking lot in the inner courtyard. The room was nice, tidy, and clean. The location is fairly strategic for reaching inland beaches and restaurants. The long balcony that stretches on both sides of the house will stay in my heart, as will the peaceful silence that place brings… The only major flaw, in my opinion, was the furniture: a dresser would have been much appreciated, maybe even two, and a table, since the room was spacious enough to fit them. For the whole stay, clothes stayed in the suitcase; we couldn’t do otherwise. Even a small television would have been nice.
A super convenient spot for getting to Ortona and the nearby beaches. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt right at home, everything was perfect and thoughtfully arranged for guests, the room was clean and tidy, and the homemade pastries at breakfast were delicious and authentic.

Massimo and his family greeted us amid the vineyards! The property is no more than 10 minutes from the sea, and if you want to spend some quiet time it’s the ideal spot. The room was brand‑new, spotless, and offered an unbeatable view of the Maiella and the vineyards. The parking was convenient, and the homemade breakfast was a treat. We discovered a lovely area that stays calm even in August, and a tip: ask Massimo for a few local companies on where to eat.
