The room was spacious and spotless. The lobby was very basic, no one spoke English, and the dining area was awful.
The property looks nice and the room we received was quite large. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and housekeeping was immaculate. The downside was that the room’s video projector was a paid feature that wasn’t disclosed; we had booked the King Room for that reason and found it was an extra cost, which was a let‑down.
Everything was excellent. If you want a place near the national forest, this is definitely one of the best options—it’s only 15 minutes by car from the east entrance. They also offer a tea‑related experience, which was incredibly interesting and fascinating. Highly recommended! The staff were always attentive, and the room was spacious and clean.

The room was very large and comfortable. Brand new hotel. The staff was amazing and accommodated every request. The attach restaurant had great Chinese food and the Breakfast was also great. First impressions weren't good until we got into the room. I'd recommend to work on the front of the hotel and specially the Elevator area as it looks like a "service" elevator. Also, people should not be allowed to smoke inside the hotel as there are ash trays inside the floor lobbies near the elevator area, and it stinks to cigarette
