The hotel turned out to be the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Soundproofing was awful, especially with the busy road right next to it, so it was noisy all night and the overall vibe felt old and outdated. Even after paying extra to upgrade to a triple room, I could still hear people talking upstairs and even a couple next door making love. The walls and floors offered almost no sound insulation. To top it off, around 5 or 6 am the front desk kept knocking on the door of the room next to mine for at least ten minutes, making a huge amount of noise and seeming to try to get guests to leave. They didn’t seem to realize other guests were still sleeping, showing zero consideration for anyone else staying at the hotel. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I will definitely not return.

The location was good. One staff member was friendly while another was tough. The lobby door was locked by key at 12 am and you had to wake the night‑shift staff to open it. The mattresses were very bad and breakfast was poor.

Everything I needed was in the room, but the balcony door didn’t close properly.

The location was great with easy access to the city center. The breakfast variety was very poor. We also had a major issue with the staff: they insisted we cancel our reservation and tried to charge an extra 200 USD, or else they wouldn’t give us the room. That aggressive pressure to modify or cancel the booking was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
