The kitchen can accommodate eight people, the onsen is good, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Cottage 5 has no Wi‑Fi signal at all, and the water heaters for the kitchen sink and the bathroom vanity are not working, so we only get cold water, which is especially uncomfortable in winter. The cottage also requires guests to separate rubbish, make their own bedding, and remove the bedding before checkout, a policy that may be new for foreign visitors to learn.
