The reception was very pleasant. Nothing was wrong, everything was fine.

Getting into the city centre was easy. When I arrived, the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it’s a non‑smoking room. The lighting was weak, I had to hunt for an outlet, the mattress was old, and there was no reception desk. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website, and part of the hotel might be under renovation.

The welcome was excellent, especially with our Labrador – that was very important! The room had a balcony with a view of the Cathedral, and the food quality was great. Thanks to everyone on staff!

The reception was good. The room was not clean; the fan was dirty, the sink had a water leak, the shower was filthy with mold everywhere, so I didn’t wash over the weekend. The toilet was in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and the room and bathroom had very little light.
