The rooms were updated inside, nicely done, very clean, and felt very comfortable; the staff were super friendly and welcoming. As a female, the only downside was that the room didn't have a full‑length mirror. Laundry facilities were on site, and the in‑room fridge had a freezer compartment, which I loved. I didn't get to try the breakfast because of meetings, but rumor has it is good. I would definitely return to Cloud 9 if I'm back in Whitecourt. No bad things to say—stay here; it's a great independent establishment.

Very clean and newly renovated; the beds were comfortable and the 2‑bedroom suite had TVs in the bedrooms. The Inn probably hosts many oil, gas, or construction workers, so there was always no parking in front of my suite when I returned at night, which can be annoying.

The staff were extremely helpful and the food was excellent—everything surpassed my expectations. Nothing else to comment.
