The location was great, but the place wasn’t clean, the bathroom lacked light, and the toilet was dirty.

The parking and location were good. I asked to change rooms because the bathroom was uncomfortable— the flush was broken. The staff were poorly trained, exchanges with the technician were difficult, and there were many defects. The bathroom sponge was broken, the walls and shower weren’t very clean, some furniture was at risk of falling under pressure. The breakfast was barely complete: no bread, no toaster, no fruit, and the milk was bad quality.

The bed was good, but the rooms were dirty, smelled of cigarette, the AC didn’t work, the bathroom had mold, and the breakfast was expensive with no variety.
