How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms were clean and spacious, with enough storage space. Each room had a kettle for tea and water, and if you ran out you could grab more from the corridor. The location is a bit far from Registan Square on foot, but a taxi can get you there in 10‑15 minutes depending on traffic. Breakfast was good and varied. We were all satisfied and would recommend it. The only downside was that they did not accept credit card payments.

At least the walk to the center was possible, the reception exchanged money at a fair rate, and the breakfast offered real choices. However, our triple room was mediocre: the door handle was slightly broken, there was a hole in the bathroom patched with paper, the room had not been cleaned for the three paid days, and the beds were literally wooden and hard. We were promised breakfast for an early departure, but nothing was ready when we left. The hotel itself is relatively far from the center, and from our window we could see car tires and some construction materials on the street. I have no desire to repeat this experience. If you’re looking for a decent hotel with reasonable value, this is not the place.

The cleanliness and modern equipment were impressive, and the hosts gave good local tips. The only issue was the noise: dogs nearby barked during the night.
