I was only about a 10‑minute walk from the newly built artificial beach by Sun group. The place looked unclean, there was no kettle, and the bath towels, sheets, and furniture seemed dirty. The host demanded an early checkout: the sign at the front desk said 12:00, the policy was 11:30, but the host wanted 11:00. When I pointed out the inconsistency, the explanation was that the staff hadn’t yet updated the sign. Eventually the host agreed to 11:30, but this information should have been communicated beforehand.

The location was good and the receptionist lady was friendly. The cleanliness was nonexistent; the room and bathroom were filthy. There were no bath towels or toilet paper. The doors had holes and were extremely dirty. An empty water bottle was found under the bed, and a bracelet from a previous guest was probably hidden behind the nightstand. The housekeeping never cleaned; the floor was black. The fridge? I’ll let you imagine.

The separate beds were very comfortable for us. We assumed it would be close to the beach, but that turned out not to be the case. The entire coastline had been moved.
