The owners were very polite and happy to chat, giving information and directions about the property and nearby sights. The location was ideal for relaxing by the lake and for swimming and water sports. The setting is surrounded by greenery. We stayed only one night because we were passing through, but it felt like home. Dinner at the on‑site restaurant was excellent, featuring fresh lake fish dishes that were well prepared. We also enjoyed drinks and a good aperitif by the lake while watching the sunset. I hurt my foot while swimming in the lake, and the owner was incredibly kind, offering ice and caring for me. The only downside was that the property is large and beautiful, but the room and bathroom furnishings could use a bit of modernization.

The staff were very welcoming and the restaurant was excellent, especially with Chef Francesco’s skillful dishes. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the place was quiet. My room came with plenty of towels, and the pool area was well arranged with plenty of loungers both in the shade under the trees and in the sun, and it was clean. Getting there was easy. The building itself feels a bit old, but that wasn’t a big deal. My room was new, though it was missing a few accessories that would have made it a full suite, like an abatjour.

The staff were impeccable, and the only property with a view just a few meters from the lake. The hotel has a pool and restaurant, and breakfast was great overall; I’ll definitely return because it’s managed at the top level. It just needs a few small touch‑ups to keep the property in top shape.
