The staff is fantastic, friendly, and always available. The location is great for visiting Catania, and the garage is a big plus for those renting a car. The building isn’t the most modern, and it’s very close to the historic center, but overall it’s fine for two nights.

The staff was friendly, and the location was fantastic. The entrance was quite cumbersome; you had to enter a code five times through an app. The room wasn’t very clean, the pillows and bed were uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like a jail: floor, walls, and ceiling were a horrible gray. The shower drain didn’t work, and turning on the sink faucet triggered a loud pump. The balcony was large, but besides being dirty, it faced a somewhat brownish lighted courtyard. Don’t bend down to look under the bed if you don’t want to sneeze. I understand the price isn’t high, but maintaining hygiene and cleanliness isn’t that hard.
