The spot is close to everything—restaurants, shops, cinema, the port—so that's a plus. The downside is the view from room 405: a dirty, smelly, noisy courtyard with a vent from a restaurant blowing directly into the room. The door lock is just a simple electric latch like in an apartment building, the shower VMC fan is extremely loud, the TV is very old and only has sound, no picture. The Palassio parking is a 10‑minute walk away but costs €37 for a day and a half.

“POTEVA ESSERE PERFETTO”

The location, staff and welcome are great, but staying here has one major flaw: the restaurant next door, with its terrace right under the hotel windows, plays music at a very loud volume until about midnight. It is literally impossible to sleep, even with the windows closed, and that really ruins the overall quality of the stay even though the hotel has many strengths.

The windows are very old and lack double‑glazing, so when someone talked outside the house it felt like they were right next to you. The mattresses were heavily worn and uncomfortable.

The city center is a plus. We asked for a balcony room with a baby bed; the first room had neither a balcony nor a baby bed, the second had a balcony but still no baby bed. We wanted a refund for the first night. Yesterday we couldn't enter our room because the code stopped working and the staff were unhelpful. In the bed we found hair, and the hotel was not clean as shown in the photos on the site. I really hope to get a refund for the first night. Best regards.
