Clean and tidy, excellent location just outside the main town centre. There wasn’t an en‑suite bathroom.

Only the location is fine. It’s disappointing because the room only has a bed and a bedside drawer. No heat from the radiator and no staff at all. It feels like a conversation from student accommodation minus essential facilities. The place is rundown and there are piles of bricks in what was described as a garden view. Cheap workmanship everywhere, with reflective tiles in the kitchen and bathroom floor that make it very slippery. It’s so depressing when you step inside. A proper‑sized fridge was abandoned in the yard, and there’s a mini fridge for occupants from 7 rooms. There’s no view at all from my room. The score of this property should not exceed 3 out of 10. It should not be listed for tourists and it should honestly state that it’s for desperate tourists only. This has destroyed my fondness for Cambridge… the standard has collapsed here. So frustrated😭😭

The bed felt incredibly comfy, but the constant traffic noise—especially the sirens from emergency vehicles every 20‑30 minutes—was a real annoyance. I wish there had been a TV in the room and a good selection of cups or mugs in the kitchen for making hot drinks.

The place was cozy, yet the light switch was a hassle.
