The location was great and the staff were very friendly. The apartment was cute and clean. Picking up the keys on arrival was complicated. The building was under renovation, so we had workers on the balcony, and the walls didn’t block noise; we could hear people talking in adjacent units. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. Only very thin sachets of shower gel and shampoo were provided, which were hard to open and use.

The apartment was wonderful, meticulously cared for and spotless. It feels more like a real home than a tourist rental, with every comfort: air conditioning, pristine linens, a fully equipped kitchen, and a Nespresso machine. The rooms are spacious, there's a washing machine, a comfortable shower, and quality furnishings. Angelo from Starhost was extremely helpful, considerate, and attentive—thanks a lot. I travel a lot for work and leisure, and rarely find a place like this; I’ll definitely return. I truly felt at home here.
