The breakfast was the only really nice thing I could say about this place, and the location was close to the centre of the city. First, when we got there she told us we could only stay one night and she had arranged for us to stay in another hostel but had to pay her upfront for both nights. After seeing the room I said we would stay the night because it was too late to look for another place and pay for the one night – $39US, which was way too much for a hostel of that condition. The room was at the back of the building and the bathroom had an outside door facing onto a patio or yard. That door had a 6 inch space above and a 2 inch space below, both open to the outside and whatever bugs were out there. The toilet did not have a seat or a cover, and after using it that night it flushed but didn’t refill with water so after using it in the morning it didn’t flush! The room was small and had a double bunk bed in it also, not what we expected when booking a double room, and the lighting was dim also.
