The location is amazing. The bed is good and the room is very nice. Nothing negative.

The building is beautifully furnished with great taste, super clean, and in a nice spot. The sheets are wonderful. I’d definitely return; it’s the best place in Parma. The elevator is wrapped in beautiful fabric. The outdoor lounge is very nice. Breakfast could be improved for me – I’d add the option for scrambled or hard‑boiled eggs, not just fried. A small buffet where you can choose what you want would be nice. It would also be good to have the bar open during the day for those who want to order a tea in the lovely outdoor lounge, for example. Small things that can make a difference. A coffee machine in the room would be a plus given the lack of a bar.

What a wonderful hotel! From the design to the amenities, the attention to detail, the friendliness, the service, the quality, and the atmosphere all come together perfectly. In a very central yet quiet spot, you step into a gem where you’d love to stay longer. The rooms are individually styled with great taste, as is the rest of the property and the lovely courtyard. The staff are especially friendly and helpful, offering great tips (e.g., restaurants) and gladly assisting with special requests. Tip: If you like breakfast, you’ll love it there – bring your own appetite. We’ll definitely come back!

The rooms were super beautiful. Everything was provided. There was plenty of storage space. The breakfast was also super good. There was no buffet but a very wide selection offered at the table. You could always share your wishes with the waiter. The toilet looked like a Japanese toilet but it didn’t work. It was also a bit discolored on the inside. Otherwise the room was very clean, and the shower and everything else was clean.
