“Staff ottimo, ma la camera decisamente non come da foto di presentazione.”

The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful, but the room was far from what the photos promised. The keyless door looked like a temporary fix, the bathroom was tiny and not as shown, the bedside tables were cracked and broken, and the walls clearly needed a fresh coat of paint.

“Alles ok und sehr freundlich im Hotel.”

The location was superb, right in the city center, and they even had a bike garage – everything was perfect. I’d come back. The hotel is very old and the rooms need renovating.
