The view from the outside was fantastic, but the bed linens were dirty, there was water damage in the bathroom, and the interior looked outdated.

The location makes it easy to explore Bangkok, and the spa is reasonably priced. However, traffic noise made the room noisy, there was not enough storage space, and only an open hanging rail and a couple of drawers were provided.

The location and garden are beautiful and well kept; the classic details in the buildings are lovely, fresh flowers everywhere, and the attention to detail is unique. The care products smell wonderful and someone always greets you warmly. Yet, a lot of dust lies under the beds and in the cabinets, and the breakfast service still feels a bit awkward, though they try their best to please guests.

It’s situated in the old, quiet part of Bangkok, perfectly connected by the river, with plenty to see and tasty food within walking distance. A green garden and a nice pool create an oasis that makes exploring a big city simultaneously relaxing. Nothing to note otherwise.

Very close to the city center, and everything was fine.
