The staff were helpful, but there were ants in the room, the attic room was a bit cramped, and parking is in the city centre, yet the city itself was disappointing.

The location was good and there was a private parking lot, but the furnishings were old and the breakfast was weak.

The place was great, the staff and restaurant service were friendly and willing to communicate (they spoke enough English), and the restaurant served very tasty food. However, the room wasn’t very clean – dust in corners, curtains and mirrors were dirty, and there were stains on the floor and drapes. The door wasn’t soundproof, so you hear everything in the hallway at night. I also missed a kettle in the room. Breakfast was a bit modest but acceptable.

The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, but I couldn’t set the air‑conditioner correctly; a clear guide would have helped.

It’s close to the centre and the transport is good, but it’s a little worn out.
