The location is good. The restaurant was not functional, there was no breakdown arrangement, the bathroom was inappropriate, and there was no Wi‑Fi.

The hotel sits in a great spot, and the staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything, even suggesting alternative plans when things went wrong. However, the booking was supposed to cover 2 rooms for 4 adults and a 17‑year‑old child, but the system only showed 2 rooms and 4 adults. The phone number 8388877888 didn’t work, and the hotel is currently not fully operational because it’s off‑season. Packaged water, backup electricity, and dining options were missing, and the only food available came from a local shop with a fixed, limited menu. I couldn’t find any info on phone or internet service, probably because it’s a border area.

The location is unbeatable with stunning surroundings, and every staff member was helpful and served genuinely good food. Power cuts are a real problem in this weather, but it’s still worth staying here.
