The staff were foreigners, but they explained everything clearly at check‑in. The bathroom’s safety was questionable—everyone could slip into the men’s or women’s bath, and there was no staff near the reception by the bath area. The morning bath water was very lukewarm, and the washlet leaked water from the floor when used. The room felt poorly cleaned, and the screen door was broken so the window couldn’t close properly.

気使わない事かな. お風呂は夕方６時から翌日９時まで入れるて言うてたが朝風呂いけば湯船に湯は無いはシャワー🚿は水しか出ないわで風呂は最悪

“安いだけの宿”

河口湖から近い。料金が安い。駐車場が無料。お風呂のシャンプーがPOLA。部屋にペットボトルのお水が1人1本。お茶パック3個。テレビが地上波映ります。. 予約サイトからトリプルマウンテンビュー布団3組1室と布団1組1室で予約しました。3組1室の部屋には2組の布団しか無くて困りました。後日、施設からの回答は、2名1室x2部屋で予約してるとのこと。予約サイトと施設では認識が違っているようです。また、20時30分以降はフロントにはスタッフは居ません。セルフチェックインとなるそうです。遅れて到着する場合は、このようなトラブルも対応してくるません。お風呂はぬるま湯です。部屋からのマウンテンビューもありませんでした。

The room was tidy inside. However, trash was scattered in places, and because I arrived late the information was insufficient. I was told the parking would be available, but there were no spots and no alternative instructions, which was frustrating. There was no small fridge for drinks, and the bath was turned off late at night. Hair was left in the tub.

Having a large public bath made showering pleasant, and I appreciated the free use of both a washing machine and dryer; the room also had its own toilet and sink, which was convenient. The property itself lacked any notable facilities, and when I followed the Google Maps directions I ended up on a back street and got a bit lost at night, but a staff member called to meet me and was very kind.
