How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is right next to the Guilin Romance show—definitely spend at least three hours there, and the manager can even book tickets for you. The room was clean and comfy, and when I hit a personal snag the staff went out of their way to help. Staying in the noisy Yangshuo center isn’t worth it; a cheap Didi ride gets you to a quieter spot. The family room and bubble pool were a hit with the kids.

The staff speaks English and treats you like family—super attentive and perfect for traveling with kids. They even let us rent scooters and pointed us toward an amazing local restaurant. We liked everything about the place.

The team made me feel right at home, fixing a misbooked show and giving me scooter tips. Every night they brought fruit and the breakfast, though limited, was tasty. The hotel is an 18‑minute e‑bike ride from West Street, so you get a quiet retreat, and you can rent e‑bikes for ¥40 a day to explore. The pool is a real highlight during peak summer.

The staff were kind and helpful, and they offer electric scooter rentals and laundry right on the premises. It made the stay convenient and relaxed.

The hotel sits in a great spot with beautiful scenery, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The only downside was that the mornings and evenings were a bit chilly during our visit.
