Breakfast was great, the location and grounds were excellent, and the staff was very nice. There was no AC in the room, which usually wouldn’t matter, but it was a hot night. We couldn’t borrow a fan from the front desk and only half of the windows had screens. We opened the windows for 5 minutes, but quickly a lot of tiny bugs entered the room.

The staff were very available, the breakfast and room comfort were good, the location was great, and the hotel is beautiful. The bathroom had a leaking toilet that clogged.

Nice premises, beautiful garden, quality construction, bathrooms a bit outdated, good location, very friendly staff. The bathroom was outdated (but very clean). The décor and furniture need updating to justify the room rates.

The location was perfect for staying close to the Ollantaytambo train station, which is what we booked for. The grounds are gorgeous and it feels like a very private estate. Nothing else to note.
