The breakfast wasn’t included, and getting to the room was a hassle because the wooden stairs were narrow; they should mention that there’s no lift. We didn’t feel welcomed or offered help with our luggage, and no one offered a safe for it. The security between the downstairs work area and the public toilet on the same stairwell felt questionable, but this is just constructive criticism, not a complaint.
