“Good stay, nice people”
The location, design, and lobby areas are great; the room was fine. The restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday evenings.

The place is spot on, the hotel looks stunning, and the staff were all super friendly!

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were pleasant. We had no view of Boston; instead we looked straight into the windows of the neighboring apartment block. I felt uneasy about a card left in the room with a QR code to tip housekeeping. There was also an extra charge for tea and coffee in the room, plus a room in the foyer with tea, coffee, and biscuits that we barely used. Given the room price, I thought this was unfair. Having had an exceptional experience at this hotel before, I was very disappointed this time.

Everything was perfectly good The location, the hotel and room itself, the service. There is no breakfast included but there is kind of snack bar 24/7. So if you need something you easily can find it there. Nothing
