We had a decent stay at AEF Hotel. The room was average—not bad, not great—suitable if you want a simple place to stay. Breakfast was basic but good, with enough options to start the day comfortably. We liked the view from our room, which added to the experience. Cleanliness was handled well; whenever we asked for a tidy room, it was done promptly. Keep in mind that the photos on the website look fresher and more modern than the actual rooms, which are older and more basic. The room itself was small—just a bed, a small TV, a bathroom, and little extra space. We booked for two beds but received one double. The elevator is old and could use an upgrade.

Hello, I didn't stay there; after checking the room I wasn't satisfied, so I went down slowly to the reception, told them I wouldn't stay, and asked for a refund of the paid room, but they refused, saying if I didn't like it was my problem, please sort it out.

The staff here were really friendly, which made up for the fact that the hotel's location was a bit out of the way. I mean, it's not a huge deal, I just hopped in a Bolt and was where I needed to be.
