How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I stayed in the Suite, the staff were good, the bed was comfy, the location was great—just 5 minutes from the beach and everything was walkable 😊. Only 3 sunbeds, so I didn't use the pool because they were always taken, unfortunately.

Everything is very poor… it doesn't live up to a 4‑star rating on a famous Vietnamese beach.

I had an okay experience overall, nothing exceptional but nothing bad either.

The front‑desk staff were enthusiastic, but the room felt a bit dark.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants and shopping, making it a perfect walking base for sightseeing. The room, shower, toilet and drainage were all spotless, and the view of the town and coastline from the 19th‑floor suite was spectacular, especially for the price and location – I couldn’t find any fault. The only downside was that on some nights the street noise carried on late, which is typical for any accommodation in this area.
