I was utterly disappointed; everything was awful. The staff and the food felt like they were made for animals, not people. They seemed to care only about taking money the moment I arrived, and when I tried to leave, they wouldn’t let me and wouldn’t refund me.

The mosquitoes practically hovered over the lunch food and everything in the resort – the pool, the poolside food, etc. The bed and the room were not 5‑star in any way.

The beach platform and the cabanas were great. Every staff member was friendly except the woman at the guest reservation desk; there’s a lot of work and improvement needed in her welcome.

The sea was clean, the beach convenient, and the view from the room was excellent. The menu was varied, the service pleasant everywhere, food and drinks were available at any time, the room was comfortable, the minibar was restocked daily, linens and towels were good, and the Wi‑Fi coverage on the premises was solid. The only downside was the very limited coffee selection: only Turkish and instant.
