The only redeeming quality was the friendly staff, but it wasn't enough to save my experience.

While I appreciated the fact that they provided a tea kettle and had an acceptable breakfast, my stay was marred by a mouse that scurried around my room all night, climbing onto my bed. It was a terrifying experience, and I understand that the cold weather might attract mice, but it's essential to take measures to prevent this. The room was also cold, despite being the warmest option available.
