A very nice hotel, just a bit outside the busy city centre, with friendly staff, a nice breakfast, a clean and nice swimming pool, and nearby restaurants, a zoo and many other activities; the cleaning staff surprised the kids every day with different towel‑animals.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, which was a huge plus. However, the cleanliness of our room was a major letdown. While the lobby area was spotless, our 7th-floor room had a strong urine smell, similar to the garage below.
