How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The property was clean and well‑located, and the room matched the photos—spacious and tidy. However, some listed amenities were missing, like the kettle and the iron with ironing board. The host’s communication felt a bit odd, and we had a few hiccups during check‑in, but everything was resolved within an hour.

The location was great, but the hygiene left a lot to be desired: the bed pillows smelled like they had been used before, and when we moved a bed we found food crumbs on the floor.

The place was super located, close to shops, restaurants and the train station, about a 25‑minute walk to the city centre. The owner was very friendly and reliable throughout the trip. The room was very comfortable, spacious, with a balcony overlooking Mount Etna’s peak, and the bathroom was outside the room but that didn’t cause any inconvenience. We could have used basic kitchenware in the room, like glasses and cutlery.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with everything within walking distance. The towels had an odd smell.

The host was very responsive, the room and bathroom were clean, and everything needed for a good night’s sleep was there. From the 5th floor we had a view of Etna, which was smoking at the time, so we couldn’t really enjoy it.
