The room was clean enough and the bed comfortable, and the location was excellent and quiet, but the TV was broken and I had no hot water for a shower the first morning; the following mornings hot water returned but the pressure was awful, and the door wouldn’t lock from inside—despite telling staff after the first night it stayed unresolved until I checked out.
