The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was pretty good. I shared a room with an old friend, but the only well‑lit mirror was in the bathroom, so we had to wait for the other guest to leave before getting ready. A full‑length mirror by the wardrobe lacked light, making makeup impossible. Portland isn’t the brightest city, so adding lighting and extra mirrors would improve the room.

The place is modern, attractive, and clean, with awesome artwork everywhere. The loft common area was outstanding, the bed was comfortable, the workout room had everything you could want, and the locker room was spotless. We loved it!

The large windows and AC unit were great, the view from the room was amazing, and blackout curtains were perfect for shutting out the world at night. Underground parking was super convenient. The staff were awesome and friendly. Coffee maker, mini‑fridge, and funky art from the Simpsons creator added charm. The location was ideal, with great food on every corner, and the Cheerful Tortoise bar/pub was walkable and open to all ages until 9 pm. Starbucks in the building was also great. This place is fantastic.
