Good location; the room had no windows and smelled stale, the mattress was extremely hard making sleep impossible, the bathroom was tiny, and it wasn’t very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Hanoi. Despite being close to major tourist attractions, the area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. I particularly want to thank Ms. Luna, the receptionist, for her kindness and assistance during my stay.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's professional and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had. They even arranged for a transfer to the airport in both directions, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to the small room size, lack of a window on the ground floor, and a cramped bathroom. While the hotel had its positives, these drawbacks made it a less-than-ideal experience.
