“Muito bom”

Accommodation had everything needed for a good holiday. It’s close to the city center and a supermarket. We loved the stay; everything was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the hair dryer; otherwise everything was great.

I had told the house manager in advance that I didn’t use WhatsApp and asked to be notified about check‑in matters by email. Yet I kept not receiving any emails, and when our group of eight arrived at the guesthouse entrance, we couldn’t get in. Finally, borrowing someone else’s WhatsApp to contact the house manager, I was harshly scolded for not checking WhatsApp, and the room assigned to us could only accommodate five people. After we pointed out the reservation record, we finally received the correct room type. We found that house manager to be terrible.

A great room for the price we paid! The room was very clean and quite modern. The bed had a very good mattress. The air‑conditioning and the mini‑fridge were also useful. The bathroom was fine. I have nothing to complain about!
