Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by their inflexible policies regarding online bookings. Despite having pre-booked and paid for my stay, I was told that customers who booked through online payment were not allowed entry and were asked to cancel. My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The rooms were dirty and lacked basic amenities, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing a good experience. To make matters worse, they don't accept online bookings and claimed to have air-conditioned rooms that didn't exist. I was shocked to find that the railway washrooms were cleaner than the hotel's facilities, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.
