The breakfast was far below the rest of the hotel’s standards, leaving plenty of room for improvement.

The other guests had a pleasant atmosphere, families with small children were relaxed and friendly. The service staff varied a lot; some were very friendly, others were quite unfriendly. Simple items were often missing, like small spoons and plates, especially with all the self‑service meals. There was no coffee machine, only filter coffee, and the dinner on the arrival day, Saturday, was completely unacceptable.

The place was very clean and centrally located. Only English‑speaking staff were available and there was no Austrian cuisine. The wellness area was open only until 20:00, and the sun terrace offered only self‑service.
