The location, interior, and staff are good, but the time for cosmetic repairs is overdue, especially in the shower where it leaks. The TV was hung simply to hang because there was no space to put it on a console or dresser; the mounting only allows rotation, not lowering, making it very inconvenient. The bedside table is unstable and could collapse with a stronger touch. The area under the bed has not been cleaned in a long time. There is no shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc.
Everything was great, though the bed squeaked, which was the only downside; otherwise I’d definitely come back.

The hotel is close to the metro, and the receptionist was friendly. The photo advertised a microwave, but it was missing. Pay attention to the bathroom!!!

Check‑in was possible even after 23:00, and the staff answered questions promptly. However, card payments were not accepted, a cockroach was seen at the entrance, the room was in a generally battered state, the shower lacked a door, and the neighbor’s humming was very loud and did not subside even after the management was asked to intervene.
Clean, tidy, and quiet. The towels were fresh, and there were disposable slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. No cockroaches or unpleasant smells. The room had a bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, and a private shower.
