“A cosy homey weekend away”

It felt like a home away from home in Orange, and the little touches really mattered. Les and Carmel reached out early to ask about our milk and drink preferences, which I appreciated. The drawer stocked with bread and cereals was a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower pressure was fantastic. Everything was clean, with extra hand towels and blankets for a cozy weekend. Getting the keys and checking out was effortless; the instructions were clear, so we never had to bother anyone. We stayed in a quiet suburb but could drive quickly into town.

The room was well equipped, spotless, and comfortable. Breakfast items were lovely, and the red wine bottle was a nice bonus. The only downside was having to wash up in the ensuite sink.

“Comfy, homely and most of all warm”

If you can drive yourself, the spot works fine. The bed was super comfy and kept me warm, and all I really needed was a room and a bathroom, so it felt worth the price. A microwave would have been handy, but honestly it wasn't a deal‑breaker.

We stayed two nights and absolutely loved it. They had a whole litre of milk, a loaf of bread, plenty of cereal, coffee, tea, butter, jam, Vegemite – all set up in an eco‑friendly way. I didn't bother bringing my own toiletries and kept theirs, which made packing a breeze. The bed was comfy, the electric blanket kept me warm, and the room temperature was spot on with a heat option that we used the second night.
