The manager told me three times that there were no rooms even after I showed him my reservation, and the stone-faced area was very cold. Outside, people sat on their phones waiting for others, creating a weird vibe.

I never stayed there; I requested a refund because the rooms were infested with nasty bugs. The confirmation number is 515585 and the pen number is 0287. You should remove this hotel from your website.

There was nothing good about it. It was not a safe place to stay.

Nothing positive. The property had broken windows or none at all, and you could see empty rooms that seemed to be used as storage, with dirty mattresses and linens.
