“beautiful apartment in Rome”
Very clean with a great view, 2–5 minutes to the bus stop, a microwave in the common room, a small balcony, and an elevator. The mattress was a bit hard for me, but I added a slightly thicker duvet as a topper and it became very comfortable; my partner found the mattress just fine.
Everything was great. The internet kept dropping every few moments.
The staff were friendly and the location is great.
Check‑in was instant and remote, maybe personalized but super fast; the beds were comfy, the location was great for visiting Rome, and parking was easy to find; the decor was simple yet functional. In the bathroom the bidet wasn’t securely fixed to the floor and wobbled; the window handles and windows could use a cleaning review.
The terrace is fine and the room is decent, but I got very annoyed with the location because when I arrived the Wi‑Fi was not working (it’s usually terrible and they claim it’s fine). I also had trouble with my phone, and the guy handling the booking kept asking for ID details that I never received from any other place I stayed at. Every three minutes I got a message telling me to send payment details for the city tax, so I finally told him to have the manager call me. Honestly, the place feels like they only care about collecting money, not about guest comfort.
