“Convenient location and lovely staff”
The staff were lovely, which was definitely one of the best parts of the hotel. The location was great because I was staying to attend an event in one of the halls just across from the hotel. The restaurant area was nice, overlooking an outdoor space, and it was pleasant to eat there. Breakfast quality was very good. I didn’t end up eating dinner at the hotel, but there is a varied menu available if you want to dine there. Parking is plentiful, and the area is quite secure since you have to go through security at the main gate. It was a very convenient location and had everything I needed for the two nights I stayed. It’s also dog‑friendly, which is good if you’re traveling with your dog. It was expensive for what it was. When we first arrived, the room we were given smelled very strongly of dogs. But to their credit, we went to reception and were offered another room. The rooms are a little dated, and although general cleanliness was fine, there were cobwebs and dust in the corners, dirt down the side of the fridge at breakfast, and dead flies in cobwebs above the fire door light in the dining area. These things can be easy to overlook, but not given the price of the stay.
