How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is relatively close to the airport. The breakfast was reasonably good with a fairly large selection, and the minibar was free. However, the bed linens were dirty, the air conditioning had a musty smell, and the “sofa‑bed” in the Junior Suite was just a sofa that isn’t meant for sleeping. There is no ventilation or way to open a window.

The location is near the corner of Surabaya, making it easy to reach Sidoarjo and Surabaya. The bed in the Junior Suite we booked was quite comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Even though the hotel is on a busy main street, the noise wasn’t an issue, maybe because it’s next door. Despite the points below, we still enjoyed our stay. The wallpaper in the bedroom seemed reversed to me 😅, and when we checked in the carpeted floor was obviously not vacuumed. Traveling with a baby, we had to be careful because the baby picked up several staples and plastic clips. After we requested vacuuming, they cleaned the room each time. The sink in the bathroom was dripping; they apparently fixed it after one night, but it came back the next night, so we wonder if it was truly fixed 😅. The shower head doesn’t look very nice anymore and may need replacement soon.

The hotel is near the airport. They do not reply to messages for questions or enquiries. The airport shuttle is charged separately and costs four times the price of Gocar (Indonesia’s equivalent of Uber). The room I stayed in was a little old and not well maintained.
