I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were very responsive and helpful, and my room was clean and tidy. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the room I was given was not at all what I had expected based on the pictures provided - and to make matters worse, I didn't have access to hot water since I wasn't in a deluxe room.
