The location is perfect for dropping off students, and free parking was a bonus. Unfortunately, when we went to shower in the morning there was no hot water, which was quite annoying; we told the staff but by then we had to leave.

El personal era muy muy amable, además, se esforzó en hablar en español, y eso lo valoramos muchísimo. Muchísimas gracias por su atención. El edificio era bastante antiguo y un poco incomodo porque las escaleras eran estrechas y los pasos (huellas) muy cortos

I would have liked a wider selection at breakfast; the croissants were poor, but the service was excellent. As above.

We appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shops, and there was a regular bus service into Leeds. We would have preferred a larger room.

A solid spot for cricket at Headingley, the room was spotlessly clean and the staff were quick and very friendly, though everything else met my needs without any issues.
