The staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The place is just a ten‑minute walk from the lake, which was perfect for our morning runs. The owner was friendly and always ready to help, and there’s a small shop nearby where you can grab snacks. All in all, I enjoyed my time there.

The location is fairly close to the city centre, which is convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, the owners started acting hostile as soon as they found out I was Chinese – one of them made a snide “oh, Chinese” comment and never looked at us straight, while the other told a demeaning joke about Chinese people not eating breakfast. That kind of attitude made the stay very uncomfortable, so I’d advise fellow Chinese travelers to look elsewhere.

The beds that have curtains give you a lot of privacy, and the owner is always around and eager to help. The two regular bunk beds felt pretty worn out, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Still, for the price you pay, it’s an acceptable option.
