The location was good and the property itself had a certain charm; the rooms were generally fine and mostly clean. However, we ran into several problems that really ruined our stay. Cleaning was a major issue: despite explicitly asking for daily cleaning, our room was never cleaned, which was especially uncomfortable because the three of us shared a bathroom and the trash can for toilet paper was only emptied every three days, whereas other rooms were cleaned daily and even received fresh water, which we couldn’t understand. On one day, water was unavailable for several hours; after a hike we wanted to get ready for the Full Moon Party but had to go showerless because the entire hotel had no water, and there was no compensation or apology. The bathroom also lacked towel hooks, had too few storage spaces, and too few hangers. Overall, the unreliable service and lack of communication made the stay disappointing, and I hope improvements are made in the future.

The bed has a sharp corner that has hurt me multiple times.

The room with a sea view was tiny but breathtaking, and the staff were amazing – they got us whatever we asked for in no time. However, the towels were not changed every day, even if they were dirty and wet, and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes. When we asked to clean the room, they came right away, but it didn't really help. The cleanliness issue was a big problem for us.

The view from the hotel is simply stunning, with every sunset visible from the room. The accommodation itself is great, but the noise from the road outside can be a bit of a nuisance, especially during sunset hours. It's not too bad, but it's worth considering if you're a light sleeper.
