They only show nice room pictures to attract attention. The location is in the hills with nothing around except hiking trails, and there is no fence on the terraces. To enter the rooms you must go through their ground‑floor space; there is no external entrance. The house is messy except for the rooms in the pictures.
The host was great! The accommodation was fine for the price, and the shared bathroom was clean, apparently cleaned after each use. Everything was fine.
Everything was as described; owner Roman was very kind and hospitable, and everything was very clean and tidy.

The roof offers a nice view and the linens are clean; the host is generally friendly and willing to help. First, the room I booked was not on the pictures at all – there were no beds, just mattresses on the floor. Before booking I asked how far the accommodation was from Žanjic beach; the listing said 1.2 km, but I was told after a couple of days that it is actually about 4 km, roughly 1–1.5 h on foot, with a steep stone path that isn’t suitable when you have luggage. When I arrived the host told me I had rented a room with a shared bathroom, yet there were no photos of that bathroom or of the room itself. He offered to let me cancel, but it was already too late and there was nowhere else to go nearby. The room was too hot to sleep because it was under a concrete slab; the fan did not help at all. The Venetian blinds wouldn’t close, so neighbors could see in, and at night they turned on the gas stove and their lights, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, it was too much money for such a room in an undeveloped area. The room should have its own bathroom and air conditioning. It was an unpleasant experience overall. They should photograph the room and the bathroom and state that it is shared with the host’s family, not mislead guests into thinking it is a private space. There are nicer rooms, but only those pictures are on the booking site, not the one I rented.
